I have tier 2 a the moment and i am thinking to go into tier 3.
But to be honest i don't need that unless i can orgnize the agents better with workspaces.

Seems like wockspaces get the most votes on your roadmap and there are a lot of questions here about it so it's importnat.

If you have workspaces would that be included in any of the packages? if you can share some light on that it will be great.

And by the way seems like there might be a problem with the connection between your site and appsumo.

When i check the upgrade option it has this error so you might what to check it out "Hmm... looks like we can't connect to our partner's site right now. Try activating your product later or contact support@appsumo.com for help."

The problem I always run into with Agent-based software is keeping their knowledge repo up to date and getting the agent to operate on the specific data I need it to. With that in mind:
1. Is it possible to give an Agent access to my MS Outlook inbox and calendar?
2. What are the ways I can provide knowledge to my agents? Is it just via uploaded documents? Or can they access APIs?

When asking the agent general questions, I found that it consistently responded with a disclaimer stating it does not possess information beyond 2023. In today's fast-paced digital landscape, having real-time or at least regularly updated information is crucial, especially for users seeking the most current insights. Access to the internet, or periodic updates, would significantly enhance the utility and relevance of the responses.
