Q: How long are you staying?

Hi Ilfat!

I've purchased your deal twice, but ended up refunding as I never really got it to fit into my workflow. However, I notice that you are making a lot of updates (and very interesting one's too)

With that said, circa how long are you planning on having your sale on AppSumo this time around you think?

A: Hey!
We’re not sure ourselves, we could leave and come back at any time, or we might leave and never come back, who knows :))

But we’re glad you see our progress. Let us know what’s missing for you to finally stop refunding :D We’ll definitely give it some serious thought!

Q: Using Letterly for both professional and light family use – how to manage recordings?

Hi!
I'm about to purchase the Letterly Lifetime Deal and have a question.
My main use would be professional, but I would also like to let younger family members use it on their devices.
Since everything would likely be linked to the same email account, I'm wondering:
— Would all recordings be mixed together?
— Is there a way to organize or separate different users' recordings to keep things tidy?

Thanks so much for your help. I'd love to make sure I understand how it works, so I can buy the right number of licenses for my needs.

A: Hi!

Yes, of course — it's possible to share access between different users.

Here's how to do it:
- For example, if you bought 3 codes, you'll have access on 4 devices.
- Go to account.letterly.app and activate the codes.
- On the same page (account.letterly.app), you can add the emails you want to give access to. (The email you're logged in with will automatically have access.)
- Then, just...

Q: sync between iPhone and Apple Laptop

Hello, I would like to record on the iPhone with Letterly and then edit the spoken text on the Apple laptop - i.e. sync between iPhone and laptop. Do I need 2 codes for this or is 1 code enough?
Thank you for your answer!

A: Hi!

Yes, our AppSumo pricing works in a way that the price depends on the number of devices. If you want to record on your iPhone and use the texts on the web or Mac, you’ll need 2 devices — which means 2 codes.

But keep in mind that starting from 3 codes, the number of devices increases non-linearly. For example, 3 codes give you 4 devices :)
