Clever and Useful Plugin - Don't miss It!

CrawlWp is a user-friendly plugin that may not seem particularly powerful at first glance, but it offers significant benefits for indexing your websites. While other SEO plugins allow for API integration and connection with Google Search Console (GSC), CrawlWp combines all these functionalities within WordPress itself.

Why complicate your setup with multiple plugins or constantly monitor the GSC interface? With CrawlWp, you can easily enter your site, check its status, and re-launch indexing when necessary—all from one convenient location.

The pricing plans are generous, and I believe this is the type of plugin that, once tried, will become a staple across all your WordPress sites. It would be great to see more options for larger site stacks; many plugins offer this feature. Introducing additional tiers for managing 250-500 sites would be a welcome enhancement.

Keep up the great work!

A Game-Changer for Post Indexing in WordPress

Indexing is a critical part of SEO. No matter how high-quality your content is, if it’s not indexed, it simply won’t appear in search engine results. As someone who frequently faced issues with slow or failed indexing through Google Search Console, I was actively searching for a solution to streamline this process. That’s when I came across CrawlWP — and it has proven to be a solid addition to my WordPress toolkit.
________________________________________
✅ What I Liked
• Automated Search Engine Submission: CrawlWP automates the submission of your new and updated posts as well as the posts not indexed to various search engines, including Google and Bing. This eliminates the need to manually submit posts via Search Console or Bing Webmaster Tools if they aren't getting indexed.
• Manual Submission Option: While automatic submission works smoothly in the background, the plugin also offers a manual submission feature, giving me better control when needed.
• Effective Indexing Results: I’ve noticed that some of my posts got indexed much faster after using CrawlWP. Others are still in progress — which is understandable, as indexing is ultimately up to the search engine.
• Continuous Resubmission: One of CrawlWP's standout features is its ability to keep resubmitting posts that haven’t been indexed yet. This persistent effort helps rule out submission-related issues and shifts the focus to content quality if indexing still doesn’t occur.

🛠️ Support & Responsiveness
I did encounter a few submission-related issues early on, but I was pleasantly surprised by the support team’s responsiveness. My queries were addressed and resolved within 24 hours. I also suggested a few feature enhancements, and they acknowledged the feedback, assuring me it would be considered in upcoming releases.

💡 Final Thoughts
If you're tired of manually submitting unindexed posts to Search Console or constantly wondering why your content isn’t getting picked up, CrawlWP offers a practical and reliable solution. It simplifies the entire submission process, saves valuable time, and provides actionable insights. Highly recommended for WordPress users who take SEO seriously.

Tool I didn't know I needed

I have been using Instant Indexing API for a while now, but that allows me just to submit pages for Indexing. Whether it gets indexed or not isn't possible to know unless you specifically search for issues in the Search Console.

CrawlWP solved this problem. I didn't even know that 48 out of 1877 of my pages weren't indexed in Google Search Console. Sent a packeted indexing request, and now they are in search results. Totally a lifesaver.

Not much to say after 5 days usage, but some recommendations

Ok, I'll compare CrawlWP with the currently best tool on the market for indexing: Indexly Ai

What is missing in CrawlWP or what I don't understand:

- I would like to emphasize this point as extremely important: Google has a limit of 200 submissions per day for indexing. But if I have several pages, I quickly reach this limit. How does CrawlWP manage this limit? Why can't I set how many pages should be indexed per day for each URL? However, as far as I know, this only applies to Google. Yandex, Bing etc. do not have this limit. It would be great to have this in the page overview in the CrawlWP admin area (licensed URLs)!
- After 5 days, I can't see if pages/posts that have not yet been indexed have been automatically sent to Google
- I would like to be able to select the interval in the SEO Stats.
- I would like to see in which search engines the page/post has been indexed and in which not
- I miss the option to send pages / posts only to certain (selected) search engines
- I would like to see the Google status of the pages / posts: Discovered - currently not indexed, Crawled - currently not indexed, URL is unknown to Google

Otherwise, after 5 days, I can't say much more. I haven't been able to determine any effects on the ranking so far.

EDIT:
Now, after about 20 days using this plugin I must say, IT WORKS!
Some things I have mentioned before should be improved within the close future, to make it more perfect ;) But for now, you guys have saved me 30€ per month paying for Indexly Ai - thanks ;)

> How does CrawlWP manage this limit?

Whenever CrawlWP hits your limit, it will pause until the limit is reset which typically is after 24hours. I have noted your request to show your API used quota in the dashboard.

> After 5 days, I can't see if pages/posts that have not yet been indexed have been automatically sent to Google

Ultimately, Google decides which content to honor the indexing...
