As a lead gen agency, I start my clients at 50 domains. If they need more sending power, then I jump them to 100 domains. Your product looks interesting, but your highest plan of 8 domains is not feasible. Do you have an unlimited plan or another solution to work for lead gen agencies that need to use a large number of domains regularly?
Q: How is it that NONE of the test destinations receive an email.
How does this work? I understand that when the audit message (with the code inserted into the Subject) is sent to multiple destinations, some may be rejected. But for those destinations that don't block the message, how is it that the test message does not appear in the destination mailbox?
Shivani, thank you for your response. I am not asking about a particular setup. Instead, I am asking a conceptual question that comes to mind when I hear the overview of what your product offers: how can you send a test message to multiple destinations without any of those messages arriving at the destination mailbox? Wouldn't a subset of the test msgs be accepted and seen by the recipients?
Q: Domains
Hi, I was wondering, what are the domains for? Can't I run an audit like a spot check on a specific email I have? So if I want to audit an email address just to see what is going on, can I just set up an audit to do that one-off? Do I need to add my domain?
A: You can certainly run spot checks using the Manual Email Audit feature. However, please note that the number of domains you can audit is limited based on your selected plan.
When you run an audit without explicitly adding a domain to the platform, the sender email and its associated domain are added to the platform but remain unverified.
For example, if you’re on the Tier 1 plan, you’re...
I am looking to find a product that can look at stale leads or email conversations that can be brought back to current check-ins and refresh conversations that lead to meetings or rehydrate opportunities. Will email audit perform that for 365 and multiple mailbox scenarios?

Apr 8, 2025A: XemailAudit let's you check up your sender mailboxes be it Custom SMTP, Gsuite, M365.
The scope if all things email auditing on the sender level.
What you are looking at is out of the scope. It doesn't verify the leads yet.
