Q: How does your post approval workflow look like?

Say for example we make the content for our clients and they need to approve/reject/comment on them, how does this work? Can a batch be sent to them without having them log in? Do they need to be users of the account to approve posts? Do we need to pay per user?

A: We don't have a direct approval workflow yet. The current workaround is to save posts as DRAFTS. The manager creates the posts, saves them as drafts, and then the client can view them before they go live. Comments and approvals need to be handled manually or through another method for now. We are working on adding a comment board feature.

Clients need to be users of the account to see and...

Q: Followr API

Thank you for the offer, i am interested in whilelable plan:
1) Is it possible to integrate with the Followr API (if available) to automate some of the posts based on our research?
2) With lifetime agency plans, how do you plan to sustain your business? Will it be via marginal AI fees or another revenue model?
3) Are features like auto-commenting or auto-hiding negative comments planned? If so, what is the estimated timeline for their release?

A: 1) We don't have a public API yet, but it's something we're looking into. However, we do have 8 built-in content generation tools using news, Google searches, questions, URLs, images, AI chat, important dates (holidays), etc., to keep users stocked with new ideas of content.

2) Good question. Our revenue model for sustaining the business with lifetime agency plans will be through larger...

Q: Posts and Pins from blogs urls?

Hi there,

I'm really looking to shift to Followr for my social medias, but there are things I don't know about the tool yet. For instance, it seems possible to create FB posts from urls from my blogs, which is great.
But is the tool able to use the blog posts images in the FB posts and Pinterest pins? And is it able to create variations of titles and content for different pins from the same url?

I'm creating more than 900 pins per month, so only using AI images would deplete my AI images credits way too soon...

Thanks for your time and answers,
Stéphane

A: Yes, that’s possible with Followr. We have a tool called From URL where you can paste your blog link and add a prompt to create a post with a CTA back to the blog, using the blog’s image when available.

You can also generate variations for Pinterest pins—especially if the blog posts are similar. If you’re working with 900 unique URLs, it’s a bit less automated, but still doable .

No need to...

Q: Clarity on Client set

Can I have any ONE account on each platform or it has to be same name? What are restrictions if any?

A: Yes, within one company/set in Followr, you can connect one account per platform (e.g., one Facebook Page, one Instagram Professional profile, one LinkedIn account, etc.).

The main restrictions come from the platforms themselves. for example, Facebook requires a Page, Instagram needs to be a Professional account, and so on. But the account names don’t need to match.

Q: You mention on your website there is an API to integrate with other systems (I don't mean BYOK)?

What can this API exactly do?
I would like to use external systems to provide topics and ideas via API so that followr can generate content ideas that are ready for review.
is this possible?

A: We don't have a public API. When I mention API, I mean our provider APIs (BYOK). A public API is something we've considered due to requests, but it's not available yet.
