10 August 2024 to 25 Apr 2025 ---- No support
Its over 8 months now he has been stalling me and I have been asking to fix my account. Purchased 8 codes...my account showed Tier 5...I bought again 2 codes now and before that asked him if now you can fix and he gave me anew story as usual...he doesn't even keep record of his previous "excuses".
I think this is my first negative review and I gave him 8 months. I am sorry Marcos but mate I am tired of your excuses.
I dont know about others but thats the experience I am having.
Clear red flags but I am ignoring head and still going with "hopeful" side of "may be"!
To be fair sometimes he does respond quickly but without solution and would respond you with a "question" or just "our team is working hard" mantra of developers even when there is one-dude team, and sometimes he just ghost.

It feels unfair for you to leave a review like this when the issue has been solved, and it doesn’t reflect the product at all.
