As someone with a small business, their automation functionalities is definitely very reasonable. I definitely don't average over 350 comments a month, so let's see if that changes with the automation I've set incentivizing people to comment!

I ran into a small snag where I didn't connect FB with my IG, so the IG automations weren't running. Customer service was very quick to respond, triaged my setup, and I got my automation running!

I see reviews complaining about pricing, and I can see how that can be problematic at larger quantities. I think Replient combines a few functions into one full-fledged commenting software:
1. Automations
2. AI that can learn your brand and database

I definitely value the automations more than I do the AI responses, so maybe they can offer flexible pricing to cater to one end or the other.

But yes, I'm quite happy with this deal. Easy to setup, accessible customer service, and it works right out of the gate (after proper setup). I do appreciate the feature where it can target specific posts, so I can get the automation for specific products to listen to specific posts!

I'm sorry to be so harsh with this criticism, and I completely understand that the creators of this tool want to make the most profit, but this is Appsumo, a platform where the bet is on both sides: the creator finds initial funding with an immature product, and the users get a leg up if the tool goes ahead before a more robust commercialization.

This is the first time in all the products I've purchased from APPSUMO that I feel like this is nothing more than a supercharged trial, with excessively low limits and a supposed in-app offer that, if you do the math, 10,000 comments with a whole manychat is cheaper than "this supposed offer."

I'm sorry, I think this deal, despite being a very promising tool, is in the wrong place.

I was happy to use Replient at first. But by my third day, I had already received 50 comments. These weren’t comments that I responded to, but all the comments I had received. I don’t think it’s logical to spend credits on comments I don’t want to answer. Credits should only be used when I request AI-generated answers. This makes the model very limited and illogical.

Also, the answers were spammy and full of emojis, which is not my style at all. I have uploaded information about myself, and I usually don’t use emojis in my writing. I think it’s a good start, but it’s far from being as promising as expected.

Honestly even if it was just the easy to set up automation it would be worth it. But I am liking the responses and layout.

I reached out to support with a couple of questions, and they came back quickly and then VERY quickly to a follow-up question. It seems there is a lot more to come as well so I suggest you grab this deal.

Grabbed replient.ai from AppSumo not really expecting much tbh, but it’s been actually really really nice! I run a couple pages and used to spend way too much time jumping between Instagram, Facebook and TikTok just to reply to stuff. This tool puts everything in one place which already saves so much time.

The AI replies are way better than I thought too. The replies actually sound like something I’d write, not a weird bot vibe. It even knows what’s on my site and uses that in answers?? wild. Plus the tagging and sentiment stuff helps me see what’s worth replying and what can be skipped.

I also set up a few automations and didn’t expect to use that part much, but now I have it hiding spam and sending out replies to the same type of questions automatically. Kinda wish I had this sooner honestly.

There’s still some little plattforms that I'm looking forward to, but I'm already super happy I got the lifetime deal. I can definitely recommend it!
