When I schedule or post something in multiple platform, frequently it fails in couple of platforms with some junk invalid error message.Whole purpose of buying this is to schedule posts in all platforms. But now became an overhead for me to manually check everything & redo the whole stuff again. Purpose of the tool is lost. Happy to get refund if allowed.

I have been searching for a long time to find a proper social media planning tool that meets all my requirements and also offers a white label option for my clients. To be honest, Followr is by far the best one I have used so far. It has a good, clear, and beautiful interface, is easy to use, offers many options, and for me, an amazing bonus is that it provides a white label solution.

The ability to add my team members and my clients for the workflow and content posting is incredible. The AI functions are really extensive and can help many people, although we create and shoot all our content ourselves.

I have embedded the portal onto my website, and it looks like the platform is actually live on my own site.

During the trial and first use phase, I encountered a few small bugs, but Marcos and his team responded very quickly and solved them within a day. I believe they are still working on many improvements, but they are already doing a fantastic job!

Compared to other programs I have used—and wasted a lot of money on—Followr has exactly what I was looking for, offering many possibilities within a great system.

Is it 100% perfect ? - no
Will it be ? - yes, and very soon.
Marcos and his team are doing a great job as they are listening to feedback and taking action as needed - cant ask for more.

Its over 8 months now he has been stalling me and I have been asking to fix my account. Purchased 8 codes...my account showed Tier 5...I bought again 2 codes now and before that asked him if now you can fix and he gave me anew story as usual...he doesn't even keep record of his previous "excuses".

I think this is my first negative review and I gave him 8 months. I am sorry Marcos but mate I am tired of your excuses.

I dont know about others but thats the experience I am having.

Clear red flags but I am ignoring head and still going with "hopeful" side of "may be"!

To be fair sometimes he does respond quickly but without solution and would respond you with a "question" or just "our team is working hard" mantra of developers even when there is one-dude team, and sometimes he just ghost.

Did the basic setup. When I went to do a publish something as a test, the application gave em an array error. Not even a friendly error. That was enough for me to give up, as publishing should be the core of the application and work without errors.
