To answer your questions:

• Sub-accounts were included starting from Tier 2 and higher in the 2021 deal structure. So you’d need at least the equivalent of a Tier 2 setup to unlock sub-accounts.
• Since you're currently on a 2021 Tier 1 LTD, and the original campaign is closed, direct upgrades aren't available anymore via AppSumo. However, you can purchase a new 2025 license if you want (which would be a separate account — it won't merge into your original account).

Important:
You won’t lose any of the features you already have from your 2021 LTD — even if you later choose to upgrade to a subscription plan. We’re preserving original 2021 benefits for all early buyers. (If you ever see a feature missing after an upgrade, just email us at support@encharge.io and we’ll fix it manually for you!)

Small note:
The new 2025 LTD plans are mapped to our Growth plan features — just like 2021. Certain Premium features (like API events and Salesforce integration) are still not included unless you move to a full Premium subscription, but you’re not losing anything you currently have.
