User permissions

I'm still playing with it and testing the product. It has some potential and the support is great! BUT I found some bugs or at least permissions that do not make much sense to me, so I'm hesitating whether I will stay with DitCal.

- Users added to teams can also edit team members. (Why do they have admin rights?)
- If I'm adding a user, I would also like to be able to edit their availability/calendar. (At least in team settings, shared permission to double-check their shift hours - you want to be able to check your staff setting hours.)
- How will webhooks work if I see settings for webhooks but users that I invited don't have that option?

And those are some surface features that make it difficult to use the product in larger team mainly because of permissions.

If that is fixed, I will give 5 tacos.

Not recommended

I cannot make it synchronize time in calendar vs ditcal dashboard vs ditcal email. It does not work. 3 different times for showed for the same appointment.

Hello,

Thank you for the feedback. The time sent via email is in UTC while the timezone for the dashboard in the user's local time.

In the future, we will introduce changes that will allow controlling the timezone for sent email and configure showing the booked time in a timezone different from the local time.

It works as should with few missing features.

I like that I can create team and selectively add users to a particular team, I love that is supports routing and workflow. Not many calendar apps do. We don't use the video as we don't need it but it is good to know we have it.
It will be nice to create custom layouts like a sales page layout, would also be nice to add custom JS in the booking page header.

What a great scheduling app

I refunded zcal and decided against upgrading TidyCal to teams after using DitCal as this is the scheduling app I've been looking for.

The CNAME feature is huge and I had it setup within about 2 minutes after registering. Feature rich and easy to use. I ran into a little trouble with Zapier and support was quick and very helpful.

If it's just you or you have a team this is a steal. Couldn't be happier.
